Executive Director – Northern CA Chapter (July 2010 – present)
Responsible for the Northern California Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association Global organization, reporting to the Board of Directors and Global/HQ Offices. Provides overall management of all chapter operations, logistics management for TMA Chapter Programs, Sponsorship, Membership, and Fiscal. Responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns & social media strategies, organizing chapter events and conferences, managing membership base, and overseeing finances.

Collaborated with the Sales and GTM teams to research, propose, and manage event opportunities. Executed in-person, online and hybrid events ranging from small to large scale, creating new opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities, and deepen customer relationships. Drove all aspects of event management: strategy, messaging, communications, agenda creation, logistics, branding, collateral, vendor management, project timelines, budget management, staffing, production, and reconciliation.
